Hmm…Needs More Gore – Part 3 1/2 (NSFW)

I had written a post entitled “Hmm…Needs More Gore Part 3,” but deleted it for some reason. So, this will be the official “3 1/2” of that series. Part of what prompted this was the fact that one Redditor had asked, as is the custom, “What Is The Most Horrible Fucked Up Deep Web Site You Have Found?

Contrary to what most users might expect, there don’t seem to be that many sites like this on Tor, with a few exceptions. GuanXi, which the post New Tor Social Network: GuanXi talked about, does have these types of images and videos, despite the fact that the site itself looks very similar to Facebook; think of it as the “evil Facebook.” Even searching “gore site” on some of the Tor search engines, like Ahmia, not Evil, etc., doesn’t come up with much that’s relevant, unless you count red room scams.

Just today, I saw a site called Deathplz, which had links to many different gore sites. Some of these have been listed here before, of course.

Their links included the following:

Also included were some non-English sites that I was unfamiliar with:

For the full list, visit the site. Some people have asked why I include these. Well, death fascinates me, and during a period like COVID lockdown, I think it reminds me how lucky I am to be alive. That’s the best I can interpret it, anyway. As to whether there are sites like this on the “dark web,” I’ve come across similar things on Freenet before; that’s not the case with Tor. I must warn those of you who are accustomed to Tor, though – Freenet is far more disturbing, so be careful where you visit.

As a matter of fact, it doesn’t seem to matter which anonymity network you use; there are almost always some disturbing things on it. It depends on what corners of the network you choose to browse around, and as the sites above point out, the same is true of the clearnet.
